Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Vinegar
Produced from alcoholic and acetous fermentation of Cabernet Sauvignon wine. High quality and rich burgundy in color.

Chardonnay Wine Vinegar
The result of acetous fermentation of Chardonnay Wine. Distinctive flavors and aroma, light to medium gold in color.

Merlot Wine Vinegar
One of the best! Unique flavor and aroma, this wine vinegar is the result of Merlot wine natural acetous fermentation. High quality, dark red in color.

Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar
A rare wine product! Clear, bright and medium red in color, this vinegar has unique characteristics in flavors and aroma as the result from Pinot Noir wine acetous fermentation.

Sherry Wine Vinegar
Medium to dark amber, with a smooth nutty flavor, this is one special jewel for your gourmet preparation needs. Distinct characteristics from the result of Sherry wine fermentation.

Zinfandel Wine Vinegar
Clear, bright, transparent product as the result of Zinfandel wine acetous fermentation.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Produced from alcoholic and acetous fermentation of apple juices. Clear, bright amber colors. High quality, fruity taste.

Fleischmann's produces fruity apple cider vinegar in the heart of New York' s and California's apple country to take advantage of the freshest of raw materials at the lowest costs. Apple cider vinegar's success is largely based on its many culinary as well as medicinal uses. It makes an excellent salad dressing, and is often used as a substitute in dishes calling for Chinese or Japanese rice vinegar. Other applications include pies, piecrusts, and chutneys.

Apple Cider/Corn Sugar Vinegar (50/50 blend)
Economic alternative to pure apple cider vinegar. Versatile. Bright amber color, with unique balance of the flavor constituents of each ingredient.

Balsamic Vinegar
Deep red to rich brown in color. Results from blending of red wine and juice of grapes. Carefully aged until a harmonious balance of complex flavors is achieved.

A drizzle of Fleischmann's Balsamic Vinegar can bring a salad alive. It heightens the flavor and texture of the main ingredients with a sweet and tart flavor all its own. It can be used in salads, grilled vegetables, grilled meat dishes, sauces, broiled fish, fish soup, fruit salads, and desserts.

Balsamic Vinegar has its origins in the Emilio-Romagna region in Northern Italy. Some local families still produce traditional balsamic vinegar under artisinal conditions and use an aging process of over 12 years. The majority of balsamic vinegar sold in the American market is not made in this manner.

Because Fleischmann's Balsamic Vinegar is produced using good quality grape materials strictly controlled and processed in modern stainless steel equipment, it does not have the heavy metal levels found in many imported balsamic products from Italy where the use of iron, brass, and copper equipment is generally more prevalent.

Champagne Vinegar
Unique. Produced from finished Champagne cuvée. Greenish white to yellow hue, with distinctive smooth flavor and aroma.

Corn Sugar Vinegar
A result of the alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentation of corn sugar with smooth, mild flavor. Distinctive amber color.

Corn Sugar/Apple Cider Vinegar (75/25 blend)
Bright amber color with less odor and flavor than standard white distilled vinegar.

Crystal Select Vinegar
Clear, bright and transparent in color. Odor and flavor characteristics much less than standard white distilled vinegar.

Honey Balsamic Vinegar
Light yellow to golden color. Results from blending of wine vinegar, honey, and other sugars. Aged to a balance and subtle flavor.

Lime Flavored Vinegar (Ethnic)
White distilled vinegar with natural lime flavors. Light green vinegar.

Malt Vinegar
Clear, bright brown to dark brown in color. Produced using an alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentation of enzymatically converted malted barley and/or other cereals. It is most widely used as a traditional seasoning for English fish and chips.

Raspberry White Wine Vinegar
Dark rose vinegar. Odor and flavor are clean and characteristic of wine vinegar with a strong raspberry aroma.

Red Wine Vinegar
Rose to deep red colored with rich, robust flavor vinegar. Produced by acetous fermentation of aged red wine to vinegar. Excellent for meat marinades and sauces, and in vinaigrettes for robust salads.

Reverse Osmosis (R/O) Vinegar
The result of the acetous fermentation of dilute ethyl alcohol specially processed to produce clear vinegar with little odor and very mild flavor.

Rice Vinegar (Ethnic)
Clear, pale yellow to amber color. Produced through alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentation of saccharified rice.

White Distilled Vinegar
Clear, bright color. Used in a wide variety of applications. It is truly a versatile industry workhorse.

White Distilled/Corn Sugar Vinegar
A blended product which results in an amber, bright, transparent product, with a unique balance of the flavor constituents of each ingredient.

White Distilled/Malt Blend with Tarragon Vinegar
Distinctive blends of white distilled and malt vinegars, combined with tarragon flavoring. Clear and bright. Distinct, harmonious flavor.

White Wine Vinegar
Produced from quality white wine. Delightfully different flavor note! Greenish white to light yellow transparent color. Used primarily to add a subtle note to salads, light vinaigrettes, and marinades for light meats and seafood.

White Wine Vinegar with Tarragon Flavor
Sweet, flavorful white wine vinegar combined with a natural tarragon extract. Greenish white to light yellow in color.

Flavored White Distilled Vinegars
Our standard white distilled vinegar, with natural flavors added. Varieties include red wine, white wine and apple cider flavored products.
